Returns

We want you to be thrilled every time you look at your phone. Unused items without personalization may be exchanged for a different style / size or returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund minus shipping. Charges may apply if exchanging for a more expensive item and for shipping costs. Let us know to expect your return or exchange at CustomerService@JoyMerrymanStore.com and include your name and order number in your shipment.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with all tags attached.

Non-returnable items:
Custom or personalized orders
Gift cards
Downloadable images
Final-sale items
Items purchasd with free gift promotions

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted
Any item not in its original condition, is used, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Items returned to us that are not eligible for a refund or store credit will be discarded or sent back to you at your expense.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at CustomerService@JoyMerrymanStore.com.

 

Sale items

Items on sale would be refunded at the sale price.
Final-sale items cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
Items purchase with Free Gift promotions cannot be returned.

 

Exchanges

If you need to exchange it for the same item in a different style or size, send us an email at CustomerService@JoyMerrymanStore.com and send your item, unused and in original packaging, to:

Include your name and order number in your package so that we know who you are, as well as what you would like to exchange it for. Additional payment may be needed if exchanging for a more expensive item and for shipping costs.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received unused and in original packaging, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. (include your email address in the return package)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
