Shipping

Cases, wallets and totes are made for you after you order it. The production process can take up to 8 business days, but we do tend to get them out sooner. Other items tend to ship in 2 business days. All items in an order will ship together unless otherwise stated. Selecting a faster shipping method at checkout will not speed up the processing time, but it will speed up the time it takes to arrive once your package ships.

For international shipments, legally we cannot mark “gift” on the customs form.

USPS tracking is a wonderful tool, but can be delayed or missed. We have found that signing up for email updates on the USPS tracking page frequently shakes things loose within a day or two. Please, let us know if the package is lost. We will do our best with USPS and get your order into your hands one way or another.

The first thing to do is check around your property and talk to neighbors and anyone living with you as well as your postal carrier. Most packages are found behind a bush or back door. The next step involves opening an official case with USPS. Mail theft is taken very seriously by the post office, so they will conduct an investigation. While they do that, let us know what is happening so we can remake your order. 

I'm so sorry for the frustration! The charge that you are receiving is a tax or customs charge from your government. The postage is paid in full at the time of shipping. Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing if or when a package will be stopped and assessed for any given country or how much taxes/customs fees will be charged with any accuracy. We also have no way of charging you for it or paying the fees on your behalf. Each country has it's own laws and thresholds. International packages marked "gift" are not usually taxed, however, it is a Federal crime in the United States for a business to mark gift on a package when money has been exchanged. The penalties are quite steep.

Phone Cases

The SLIM case is a very slender, strong and light plastic shell - great for showing your style and protecting from scratches in you bag or laying face down on the table.




The TOUGH case has a TPU liner that adds a bit more shock absorbency for bumps and dings. 


The phone cases do protect from minor impacts and scratches, but do not make your device indestructible. Joy Merryman Store cannot be held liable for any damages your device might receive while using the case.

The slim case is a very slender, strong and light plastic shell. 


The tough case has a TPU liner that adds a bit more shock absorbency. The plastic shell is a tad bigger to allow for the liner. 

The tough case’s outer shell is a tad larger to fit with the liner. The slim case will not fit over the liner. Tough cases and their liners are sold as a set and neither will work on their own.

A white liner is a beautiful choice with a white design or white iPhone. Unfortunately, just like your white shirt, shoes and bags, white liners can stain. Please, be sure to take your case off of your iPhone before you attempt to clean it. Mild dish soap may work for oil based stains and rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball may help for inks. 


If you'd like a replacement liner, they are now available as a separate purchase.


Your new liner will only fit under a tough case shell. They will not fit with a slim case.

Be sure that you have removed all parts of any previous case. 


For a slim case - Slide the side of the phone with the most buttons into the case first. Then snap the other side in by pressing the case and phone together.


For a tough case - Separate the liner and outer shell of your new tough case. Slip your phone into the TPU liner first. Slide the side of the phone and liner with the most buttons into the case first. Then snap the other side in by pressing the outer shell and phone together.

Starting at a corner of the phone, peel or pop the outer shell away. If there is a liner, remove both the liner and phone from the outer shell at the same time

First, make sure you have the correct size case for your device.  Next, be sure that your phone is completely naked. If you had another case on it, an inner liner may need to be removed. If your case is still not fitting, snap a picture of your case and the back of your phone side by side and send the picture and your order number to:

Personalization

To avoid copyright issues, we do not print other artwork. 

Every screen displays colors a bit differently. We can’t guarantee an exact match. 

Proofs for personalization are not usually provided to make the processing time as short as possible. If you would prefer a digital proof, please write "proof" in the notes box during checkout. Keep in mind that this will push your shipping date back a bit. It is helpful to make sure that our emails are not sent to your junk mailbox. You can expect a digital proof for most designs in 4 business days of purchase and proof request.

General

Your order can be modified or canceled within the first 3 hours of purchase. Because processing occurs so quickly, we are unable to change size, color, quantity, address, etc after that. We recommend returning the non personalized items(s) upon receipt or placing a new order. 

We will honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price items within 14 days of the shipment date. To receive a price adjustment, email CustomerService@joymerrymanstore.com and refer to the order number on your packing slip or order confirmation email. Private Sale items are excluded. Other promotions may also be excluded.

In the event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it or accept it for a full refund. For more details, see Returns & Exchanges.
